CSV files are processed immediately. XLSX files are queued — make sure the queue worker is running.
Supported columns (case-insensitive, any order)
phone, full_name, email, alt_phone, gender, dob, city, state, pincode,
qualification, occupation, center_code, course_code, campaign_code,
lead_source, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign
Only
phone is mandatory. Everything else is merged in if present.center_code / course_code / campaign_code should match the code field of the respective master data record.lead_source matches by value or code (case-insensitive) against your Master Data → Lead Source records — e.g. Referral, Website, Walk-in, Meta Ads, Google Ad. Unmatched values silently null (a typo won't fail the row).Upload result
